This time, after many aggravating phone calls , they finally worked with me and had a technician come out to replace the doorbell which got shorted because of the bad Transformer. I was informed that this visit would be free because it is under a year and it is covered under the warranty. Today, October 13th, 2022, I was informed that I have a $75 balance on my account from a co-payment for the technician appointment. This was not explained to me prior to the technician coming out, instead they told me the visit would be at no charge. The equipment is very good; everything works flawlessly.

We have been with quite a few different companies before coming to Guardian Protections. The last one of which could have done some very horrible harm. Our fire alarm went off and the monitoring company never called the fire company. I am hearing impaired and was sound asleep when the oven caught fire and the kitchen was full of smoke.

Our customer has expressed dissatisfaction with learning she had signed a 60-month agreement with Guardian when she purchased the home and activated services.

I know the service is good, he gave me the pros and cons, and he really was very good about explaining how good his company is in comparison to other companies so I was sold on that. They are very customer service oriented, they understood my needs and they took care of them. They showed a willingness to help me and took care of me and I appreciate that even though it takes a long time to get on it, once you do, they take care of their business. I just wish they would come down a little with the price. In September of 2001, we notified Guardian Protection we were moving to a new address.

Up until now they've been there for whatever I need. The people that I first contacted to get more information were great. The guy that did the installation was very professional and very friendly.

The camera that they give you is awesome and I like all the other devices and equipment that come with the system. I also love that you can have it all on your phone and you can check on it, even when you're not at home. They were really quick to call me and make sure that it was me. I know I'm secure and that if something were to happen they will call me immediately and help me.

None of the other ones had that many details about their equipment or anything, but Guardian gave me a bit more than that. So far they have always been quick to answer and respond to us, we haven't had any issues or concerns with them. They are easy to get to and I can always ask a technician on the phone or online if I have any questions.

Equipment Prices

Guardian has offered to accept one final payment in the amount of $172.28 to pay off the Early Termination Fee and fully settle his account. Our customer is currently considering this offer. After looking into it I thought it would be a good service and since they had a promotion I just went ahead and signed up for it.
